6.2 General Bonus Terms

The cashback rate varies by VIP level: Bronze 0.2%, Silver 0.5%, Gold 0.7%, Platinum 1.0% and Diamond 1.2%. For example: if a Gold member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.

7. Betting and Gaming

Placing a bet or starting a game on naga88 constitutes acceptance of these terms. Game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Any round or bet cancelled due to a technical error or loss of connection will not be eligible for a replay.

7.1 Finality of Results

Once a game session is complete, the result of that round is considered final. The only exception is where a technical error is proven to have affected the outcome. In that case, naga88's decision is final.

7.2 Sports Betting

For sports bets, if a match is abandoned or postponed, the settlement of the relevant bet will depend on the applicable sporting rules. The odds displayed at the time a bet is accepted are final. For in-play bets, odds change rapidly and are confirmed separately for each bet.

8. Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities described below are strictly prohibited on the naga88 platform and may result in permanent account closure.

Consequences: If naga88 finds evidence of involvement in any of the prohibited activities described above, it may suspend or close the account without notice, forfeit the balance and notify the relevant legal authorities.

9. Account Suspension and Closure
